Overview

About Smart Chipsets

A vape chipset links the battery, coil, controls and protection logic. Adjustable power needs to stay within the selected battery and coil operating range, while the interface should make the supported settings clear. Buyers developing a new device or revising a board should agree the electrical inputs and firmware behavior first. A working sample is needed to confirm the complete setup.

01

Power and Output Modes

Choose the intended output behavior first: a fixed path or adjustable power control. Share the target battery, coil resistance range and user controls. The proposed mode can then be checked against the complete assembly, rather than selected as a standalone chipset.

02

Protection Logic Fit

Protection settings should reflect the battery, coil, charging path and enclosure. Discuss required logic and operating conditions, then confirm each item in the approved sample. Additional protection rules may increase firmware complexity, so the final functions are confirmed against the selected configuration.

03

Hardware Firmware Match

A chipset decision is also an assembly decision. Confirm board layout, coil connection, controls, charging interface and firmware together. Changhan coordinates this review with VANTHER TOPPER hardware; Deson and KYOTTO remain separate liquid options when the brief includes custom, bulk or bottled liquid.

Board and Control Options

Provide battery and coil requirements, charging inputs, controls and the desired output behavior. Discuss the supported protection logic and any firmware changes before finalizing the board. Screens and buttons should follow that agreed function set. Keep the approved board revision, software version and test conditions together for production.
