Overview

About Ceramic Coils

Ceramic atomizer coils are selected as part of a complete cartridge design. The ceramic structure, heating element and liquid feed must suit the formula, power range and draw. Buyers should compare dimensions, resistance and lead position with the housing drawing. Test the coil in the intended assembly; a part that looks similar is not necessarily an interchangeable replacement.

01

Choose Core Structure

Compare ceramic structure options by liquid viscosity, wicking behavior and space. A denser or more open ceramic wick structure changes liquid movement to the heating area. Confirm the liquid and draw before selecting the core, since similar-looking parts may behave differently.

02

Set Resistance Window

Define the resistance specification with the device and operating window, not as an isolated number. Review the ceramic heating element, power delivery and device control. Assess samples in hardware so the electrical choice reflects the complete product and operating conditions.

03

Check Fit and Leads

Confirm core dimensions, lead position, seating depth and assembly tolerance against the cartridge drawing. Small changes can affect contact, alignment or liquid space. Compare the coil with the actual housing and sealing parts, then record acceptance criteria before approval.

Geometry and Lead Options

Share the housing drawing, operating range and intended liquid before discussing ceramic geometry, resistance or leads. Changes need to be assessed in the complete cartridge, including its seals and contacts. Agree dimensions and inspection points for the accepted part. Include lot identification and packing quantities in the component quotation.
