Overview
A refillable pod system lets users refill the cartridge with a compatible e-liquid rather than replace a prefilled pod each time. For OEM buyers, the main choices are fill access, reservoir design, coil resistance and airflow. These affect handling, wicking and draw. Review the pod with its intended battery device and liquid before choosing the pack and approving production.

Compare access to the filling port, closure handling and how the reservoir is held during filling. The suitable top-fill or side-fill layout depends on the device enclosure and refill method. Test it with the intended bottle nozzle, not just an empty cartridge.

Review coil resistance, airflow and e-liquid viscosity together. A liquid that feeds one coil well may not suit another wick or power setting. Use the intended VG/PG ratio in samples and compare draw, wicking and seepage before fixing the setup.

Confirm reservoir material, mouthpiece fit, contacts and seating in the battery device. PCTG or other material options need to suit the selected design and formula. Keep the cartridge version identifiable so later replacement orders match the original device.
