A private-label e-liquid project brings the formula, filling and branded pack together. OEM suits buyers with an agreed product brief; ODM adds development work around the liquid and presentation. Decide whether you need bulk supply or finished bottles, who approves the formula and who prepares the label files. These choices shape sampling, the quotation and repeat orders.

Select OEM when your formula, flavor direction, bottle format, and pack plan are defined. Deson coordinates filling and batch supply, with review of the requested liquid and packaging setup. This simplifies repeat purchasing but limits concept changes.

Choose ODM when you need help turning a product brief into a workable liquid and pack configuration. Review formula direction, hardware pairing, coil choice, assembly, and artwork before approval. Each option requires configuration review before production.

Use private label when the brand identity is yours, but production is coordinated through Deson. Compare custom liquid, bulk liquid, and KYOTTO bottled liquid against your filling plan. Bottled supply may reduce handling decisions; custom liquid gives more control.
